MEN-WOMEN professional equality index
All companies with at least 50 employees calculate and publish their Index of professional equality between men and women.
The Index, out of 100 points, is calculated based on 4 criteria:
- The gender pay gap: 34/40,
- The difference in the distribution of individual increases: 35/35,
- The number of employees increased on their return from maternity leave: incalculable,
- Parity among the 10 highest salaries: 0/10.
